Sales Policy:
Customer Service is very important for us. It is of the highest priority. We will do everything possible to fulfill your order properly and to ensure that your invoice is expected.

The prices you see on our website reflect the proposed retail price (MSRP) of the designer. The designers we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than their MSRP. If you see a lower price for the exact same style of the same designer on another website, you know that the website sells counterfeit dresses or gowns of inferior quality and sells them as the original.

We currently do what we can do to keep the prices in our website accurate and consistent with charging designers. However, it is possible that our website may be of a value it is an error.

Suppose, you purchase something on our website that is set to be listed as a wrong price, then we will immediately correct the prices on our website and you will be in contact with the error to notify you. We will not bill you until you are informed of the revised pricing. At that time you have the opportunity to cancel your purchase or to process new orders.

Under a crisis, we will agree to a price which is considered to be wrong. This will be considered as a contravention of contract with our designers, who do not allow their MSRP at low prices.

Are you confused with any matter? Don’t delay. Please contact us during the store hours so that we can deal with your concerns and answer your questions.


Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Ray Gardner Designs. All return items must be in unused condition just like you get that with all original tags and labels attached. Your item must have proof of receipt or purchase.

After receiving your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

For the refund of your items, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After receiving your refund, the cost of returning will be deducted from your refund. Specific return policy have mentioned below.

Formal Wear Return Policy:

Shop and online are all a formal sale in formal sales. If we can not fill your selection / size or wear date, the order can not be canceled.

We will contact you by confirming your order and shipping within 48 hours of the ship. You will only be charged when your purchase has been allocated for shipping.

Order UPS Ground will be distributed free of charge. If you need shipping fast then will bear a fee.

For the purchase of a sale or promotional item, a shipping fee will be charged after your package is ready.

We do not ship outside the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to second parties.



Clothing & Accessory Return Policy

Only the fully-priced clothes are refundable. All revenues should be done within 10 days of receipt of the purchase. All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and attached to its original condition with attached tag. Please package it as received. All items will be inspected upon return. If any return should not meet these requirements, Ray Gardner resists the right to reject the design.

Returns will be made in the form of original payments. Please enclose a copy of your receipt in the box.

If you want to return any item, a return authorization must be issued by raygardnerdesign.com.
Please email us your request. The return number issued should be written outside the box. If it is not authorized your item will be refused and will not be issued a credit.

SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE A FINAL SALE.

All return freight must be prepaid and insured. Packages of COD will not be accepted.
